AI automation for industrial operations

Agents execute.
Humans approve.

We build AI automation that runs real operations, not sandbox demos. Purchasing, sales, HR, production, logistics and QHSE workflows that people depend on every working day, with a human approval gate on every decision that matters.

Production.
Systems that run daily operations, with error handling, null checks and fallbacks. Never proof of concept.
Manufacturing.
Built inside a factory, not a lab. We know shift schedules, batch numbers and messy supplier data.
Beirut.
Based in Lebanon, working with industrial operators across the region and remotely.
01 / The problem

Most AI projects die between the demo and the daily shift.

The pilot looks great. Then it meets a supplier PDF in Arabic, a null field, an approver on leave, and a manager who does not trust a machine to sign off on money. Nobody uses it by week three.

We build for week three hundred. Every workflow is designed around who approves what, what happens when the input is wrong, and who gets told when something breaks.

Where it usually breaks
  • No approval path. The agent acts, a human finds out afterwards, trust is gone.
  • No error handling. One malformed row and the whole run fails silently at 2am.
  • Data with no home. Output lands in a chat window instead of the system the team actually opens.
  • Built to impress, not to run. A slide deck and a Loom video, then a handover to nobody.
02 / What we build

Workflows that carry real operational weight.

Every engagement ends with a running system your team owns, documented, with the approval chain wired in.

Approval chains

Multi-step sign-off routed to the right person on the right channel, with escalation, reminders and a full audit trail of who approved what and when.

Document intelligence

Invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes and technical sheets parsed, classified and pushed into your systems. Bilingual Arabic and English handled properly.

Multi-agent operations

Specialised agents that plan, retrieve, draft and check each other's work, coordinated under a supervisor with a human at the decision points.

Data plumbing

Getting the numbers out of forms, mailboxes and spreadsheets and into one clean, queryable place your reports and agents can both trust.

Alerting and reporting

The right message, to the right channel, at the right moment. Daily operational digests, exception alerts and branded PDF reports on schedule.

Rescue and hardening

You already have automations that half work. We audit them, add the error handling and approval gates they are missing, and make them safe to rely on.

03 / How we work

Three phases. No six-month discovery.

01

Map

We sit with the people doing the work and trace one process end to end. Inputs, decisions, approvers, exceptions, and where the time actually goes. You get the map whether or not we build.

02

Build

One workflow, built properly, tested against your real data with test recipients before a single message reaches a colleague. Live in weeks, not quarters.

03

Hand over

Documented, named consistently, with the credentials and the logic explained to your team. You own it. We stay on call for the next one.

04 / Non-negotiables

How we build, every time.

A human approves the decisions

Agents do the work. People sign off on anything that spends money, touches a customer or changes a record.

It fails loudly, never silently

Error branches, null checks before nested access, sensible fallbacks, and someone notified the moment a run breaks.

Tested against you, not your team

Every outbound recipient is listed and rerouted to test targets first. Real people only hear from a workflow once you have signed off.

No lock-in

Built on tooling you can host and staff yourself. Documented naming, clear logic, credentials in your name. Walk away with the whole system.
